The 1st time on the scale in 3 months......

I haven't been on the scale in almost 3 months. The last time I weighed I was 198.8 so today I was totally expecting to be at least that or maybe even over (GULP) 200. But to my surprise I was 194.8. It's only a 4 pound difference, but hey, 4 pounds is 4 pounds.
I've been thinking about what I want my goal weight to be & I realized that I don't even really know what a normal weight is for me. My senior year of high school I only weighed 95 pounds. As soon as I graduated, I started gaining weight and didn't stop. According to Weight Watcher's "ideal weight" chart my "normal" weight is 97 pounds-127 pounds. I am only 5 feet tall so I am currently in the obese category. UGH.....that sounds so horrible. So as of right now, I'm thinking I should aim for 115 pounds or so. That's almost 80 pounds to lose! Sounds like a huge task, but since I didn't gain the weight overnight, I know I'm not gonna lose it overnight. One step at a time.
